Airaelo provides prepaid, data-only eSIMs for international travelers. Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. 3. eSIM Activation and Compatibility
You are responsible for ensuring your device is eSIM compatible and unlocked. Activation instructions are provided upon purchase. The validity period of your data plan begins upon activation. It is your responsibility to follow the activation process correctly. Airaelo is not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect activation.
4. Payments and Refunds
All plans are prepaid. Payments are processed through a secure third-party payment gateway. Refunds may be issued at our discretion. 5. Service Quality and Fair Use
